FUNCTION
In order to enable completion of intense bleeding of the animals slaughtered and
also to enable ending their unwilling actions, they are to be kept waiting along
the bleeding line. Excessive bleeding occurred where the slaughtering is carried
out, diminishes along the leading line and ends up close to the foot changing.
Processing the bodies not moving and not bleeding is to be faster and safer from
the point of view of the employee.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Cattle bleeding line is a line operating with monorail of 60 mm diameter
starting from slaughtering winch to the transfer winch. The length of this line
constitutes the capacity of the slaughterhouse.
Lines are supported with carrier I girders within the range of minimum NPI 200
and NPR 360 according to the bleeding distance. Monorail carrier I girders where
the hangers are connected are of the size NPI 200. The full system is coated
with hot submerged galvanize. Rails are fixed with steel blades with cross
section of 16 x 50 mm mounted on the carrier lines. The full steel system used
at the killing line is coated with hot submerged galvanize. The killing line
consisting of piping system at the diameter of 60x3mm, continues up to the foot
changing apparatus. Bodies being suspended from their right feet up to that
point, are to be taken to the process band with the help of changing apparatus
through their free left feet
