DQuarter cattle carcasses taken from storages to separation halls in order to be separated into pieces are subjected to pre-treatment. At facilities where speedy and high tonnaged production is carried out, automatic separation lines are installed. Automatic separation lines start with lifting the arm quarters and leg quarters higher than the normal line levels and separating them first into two big parts.

Specially prepared conveyors are used in transferring carcasses at normal lines to higher lines. Those conveyors are designed with aluminum twin rails.

The main carrier and the other parts are produced of stainless material: They bear a brake system both with speed control and not movable when stopped any time.
