FUNCTION
With the slaughtering, flaying process and removal of internal organs completed,
are taken to the quartering lines through the elevator. For techniques where the
lowering elevator is not used, sheep bodies are cooled at higher lines (cattle
lines) with the help of an additional hook.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Sheep carcasses completing the cooling process in cooling rooms, are lowered
from higher lines to quarter lines through the elevator. Elevator is mounted
with an inclination of 45 degrees between both lines.
