FUNCTION
After slaughtered on a stand, sheep are hanged from their back foot to the
bleeding hook fork or the chain joint. While the bleeding continues all through
the elevator, it is transferred to the bleeding line. Sheep remaining hanging at
the fork or joint with the weight of the body, are taken to the fixed process
hooks by the foot change apparatus at the end of the bleeding line. Released
bleeding hooks return back to the slaughtering area automatically by conveyor.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Sheep bleeding pulley is at the capacity of carrying minimum 100 kg weight and
produced of specially shaped steel at the size of 10 x 50. Bearing of pulleys
are made of fixed rollers, with a ring apparatus at the end of the chain
providing the sheep to be held by foot.
