FUNCTION
This line is manufactured of 60mm thick pipe monorail since it carries the
slaughtering hook. When the bleeding hook reaches the slaughtering area,
monorail continues in parallel with the ground.
The system is to be mounted generally at the back of the slaughtering line and
in parallel with the slaughterhouse wall. Before the slaughtering, bleeding
hooks are kept waiting hooked to the return line. The system is to be built in a
long line available to meet the slaughtering capacity and to carry the bleeding
hooks.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Hook lowering apparatus is a line that provides the bleeding hook released in
the foot exchange system to be transferred again to the slaughter space.
With an inclination of approximately 45 degrees, it is operated by an engine-reducer
driven spiral. In this system, the bleeding hooks released from slaughtering are
to be lowered down from the slaughtering line and taken to the slaughtering area.
The line in the slaughtering line is 2m high from the floor.
There are barriers around the pipe, rail to prevent the hooks from falling and
the system is plated with hot submerged galvanize.
