Semi-carcasses transferred from cold carcass preservation rooms to transfer
lines to be delivered, are divided manually into two parts at the quartering
mechanism.
The semi-carcass hanged from foot downwards with a specific inclination from a
higher line, is at the same time moved from its fore arm upwards by the system
from the floor with the same inclination.
At the last part of the mechanism, spring shifting is made and arms and legs are
transferred on the same line.
