FUNCTION
The bodies taken from bleeding line to processing line are flayed and their
internal organs are removed. First of all the skin of the free foot is removed.
Then this foot is hanged on the body processing hook. This body taken to the
process line from both back feet is now ready for flaying.
Following removal of the hide (tulumlama), internal organs are taken out and the
body is showered and then taken to the cooling rooms.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Carcasses completing their movement functions on bleeding line, are taken to the
sheep processing line with their released feet with the help of pneumatic
apparatus.
Along the conveyor, two fixed hooks connected with carrying chains with 25 cm
intervals are attached to both of its feet and the system is moved with the help
of the reducer at the speed of 5 sec/meter until the end of the process.
Specially produced conveyor is supported with the chain stretch system moving
within the canal and rotates constantly.
