FUNCTION

Processing platforms are to be used to enable the employees to carry out easier operation at a specific height along the processing line. Platforms are to be manufactured at different heights according to the processes to be conducted on the carcass.

At the foot change station, the platforms that start at the highest level continue in lowering grades down to the skin flaying. Platforms used in flaying and body splitting are pneumatically driven. Others are to be designed according to the need of the slaughterhouse.


TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Platform chassis is produced of 40 x 60 x3 mm galvanized steel or stainless material with the same dimensions. At the point where the platforms are mounted on the floor, pipe leg at the diameter of 140 cm is used for each division. As protection barriers, pipes at the size of 42x2mm are used.

Plates used on the floor are manufactured of special prepared oval or mushroom shaped processes sheet materials.
